CEMIX Color para Cemento Alto Rendimiento is ideal for industrial production of prefabricated concrete such as blocks, paving stones, and so on.

- Chemically stable under normal curing conditions. It does not affect the mix, withstands the aggressiveness of cement alkalis and offers excellent resistance to sunlight and harsh weather.
- Able to withstand temperatures of up to 1000 °C. This makes it an excellent dye for concrete roof tiles, paving stones, cinderblock and other products that contain cement and are exposed to sunlight.
- Highly tintable. Tintability is the ability of a dye to color a product. The greater the tintability, the less dye you will need to color an element.
- CEMIX Color para Cemento Alto Rendimiento saves money, since you need less dye to achieve the intensity and uniformity of color that you want.
Is available in red, black and brown in 25-kg bags; for yellowe es available in 20-kg bag. These presentations are for easier and more comfortable handling when transporting or mixing in a cement mixer.
Bags should be stored in areas away from humidity since moisture may cause lumps in the dye and variations in the tone when the dye is introduced into the mix.

Gray Portland cement is commonly used because of its properties and low cost. Due to its dark tone, it reduces the shine of colored elements, which makes it difficult to achieve bright or pastel tones.
If you require brighter tones, we recommend white cement. The disadvantage of the white cement is its high cost.
We recommend that you use the same brand of cement throughout the project, since the shades of gray of the cement vary depending on the manufacturer and geographic region.
Use CEMIX Color para Cemento Alto Rendimiento to dye the entire concrete mass and not just the surface, since heavy traffic and the wear and tear of concrete elements will quickly result in peeling of the surface or premature degradation of the color.
The dyes do not contain soluble salts or elements that cause efflorescence.
Efflorescence occurs when water pulls soluble salts to the surface of the cement during the curing process.
