CEMIX Impercool Emulsion is made from a base of selected asphalts, mineral fillers, tensoactive agents, and rheological modifiers.

- A cold applied asphaltic waterproofing.

- Properly expands and contracts with the substrate.
- Adheres to surfaces that have been previously prepared using with the CEMIX Impercool Emulsion Primer.
- Does not release toxic vapors and meets the VOC standards.

- Used as a waterproofing coating on roofs, walls, boundary walls, concrete beams, concrete surfaces, partitions, etc.
- Can be applied in hot and humid climates.
