CEMIX Impercool Emulsion is made from a base of selected and modified asphalts, organic polymeric fibers, tensoactive agents, and rheological modifiers.

- A waterproofing coating with excellent elasticity and flexibility.
- Properly expands and contracts with the substrate.
- Adheres to all types of wet and damp surfaces.
- Once dry, will not flow or sag neither at high temperatures nor in 90° angles.
- Holds up and keeps its properties in outside weather conditions.
- Adheres to wet, humid, or surfaces previously prepared using the CEMIX Impercool Emulsion Primario.
- Does not release toxic vapors and is VOC complaint.
- For cold application and is not flammable.
