	CEMIX Impercool Superficie is a coating that can be used to waterproof any type of construction material. Uses and advantages This product is used to seal cellar, foundation, and building walls; roofs, retention ponds, irrigation channels, pools, silos, tunnels, basement walls, etc. After the CEMIX Impercool Superficie has been applied, it forms a highly resistant, waterproof barrier. Resists the effects of hydrostatic pressure Decreases the possibility for filtrations inside reinforced concrete materials and protects the steel from corrosion. (0.2 ml / 1 hr for coverage of 2 kg / m2) Presentation 44 lb. (20 kg) bag Approximate coverage The approximate coverage is 2 coats at a minimum of a 1 lb / 10.8 sq. ft. (0.5 kg/m2). Recommendations Wet the surface before applying the product. To prevent the CEMIX Impercool Superficie product from drying too quickly, the applied coat should be protected from wind and direct sunlight. Do not apply at temperatures below 40°F (4°C).
