	CEMIX Masilla is another product from the Stucco Finishes product line. CEMIX Masilla is a mixture of cements and carefully and strictly selected aggregates that when mixed with water forms a paste with high bonding properties. CEMIX Masilla is formulated to be used as a base coat before applying the final finish. Uses and advantages Quick and easy application. Improves inventory control. For smoothing and texturizing (two coats): covers at a rate of 19.8 to 28.6 lbs per sq ft (9 to 13 kg/m2) using a 3/16” to 3/8” (.5 cm to .8 cm) thickness. Coverage is approximate and for estimation purposes only. Coverage will vary depending on the substrate conditions and the method of application. Recommendations For optimal results, do not apply CEMIX Masilla when the temperature is expected to drop below 40°F (40C) or above 113°F (450 C) during the following 24 hours after application or if there is a probability of rain. Do not add more water after preparing the mixture since this decreases the product’s final hardness and results in white stains that are lighter than the rest of the applied product.	PRINT
